CLIPT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.
CLIPT is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays.
We do however sincerely apologize for any potential delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Unfortunately, We can NOT cancel any orders before they have been shipped.
If you provide a P.O. Box address your order will be canceled and a $10 cancellation fee will be applied.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?
No address is subject to change.
Please be aware that for security reasons, CLIPT does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
