Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Time: 3–7 business days after processing (does not include weekends or holidays).
Note: Purchasing expedited shipping shortens delivery time only — it does not affect processing speed.

If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if additional verification is required, processing may be delayed by 1–2 business days. Please double-check your shipping and billing details before checkout to prevent delays.


Made-to-Order Shipping

Processing time: 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping time: 7–12 days after processing.

Please allow up to 3 weeks total from your purchase date to receive your order.

You will first receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order completes production and is on its way. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update. If you don’t see these emails, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder.


International Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Please note: Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply once your shipment reaches your country. CLIPT is not responsible for these fees—they are the customer’s responsibility.


Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please check your spam or promotions folders if you don’t see it.

All orders may require a signature upon delivery.
CLIPT is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to carriers, weather, or holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the carrier
