Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Please allow 12-18 days for production.
Please be mindful that the estimated arrival time can take up to 4 weeks following your initial order date. (does not include Saturday or Sunday or Holidays.)
First, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has completed production and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking information. Your tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the couriers system. If you do not see your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

International Shipping Timeline
We offer international shipping to all countries.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CLIPT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

You will receive another email notification with the tracking link once your order ships. The tracking number may take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping notification email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Tracking Orders:
If you provided an email address at the time of purchase the tracking number will be emailed to you immediately after your order has been shipped.

A signature may be required for all of our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays.
