If for any reason you do not absolutely love the product(s) you ordered then you can return the hair for a refund only, exchanges are not permitted. Please note that the gold binding and black security tag attached to the hair can not be removed or tampered with!

Our hair comes with our gold binding and custom black tag to maintain the integrity and quality of our hair, once this label is tampered with/ removed, it is 100% void for any eligibility of refund. Please do not tamper with the product if you have concerns or reservations as we cannot restock a tampered item back.

We have the right to refuse the package and/or refund if you send it back without prior communication and consent.

All returns must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packages, bindings, and labels attached. 

NEXT STEPS

1. Email info@cliptbyla.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to make an application for return and receive confirmation. Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration. 
2. Kindly contact us for the return address. *DO NOT send the package to the return address on the shipping label.* Any packages sent to said address will not be able to be processed. 
3. After receiving confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number, name on order, and mail your return to the address we provide you. 

*Please note, the item(s) must be sent back within that 7 day period following the delivery of the order and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges*

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

“CLIPT by Leah Alexander” reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
• An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,
• Similarly, CLIPT By Leah Alexander reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
