Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once your returned package is received and inspected.
  2. Refunds will be directly issued to your original payment account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund amount to reflect on your account. *payment post dates highly depend on your bank/credit card company.*
  3. We will be sure to notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  5. Please note that if you return the product without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund in accordance with our policy.

 

Please Note 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.
  • Written approval/consent from us must be obtained by the customer before we can allow and process your return. 
  • All communication must be conducted through our email : info@cliptbyla.com. Direct messages through social media platforms will not be accepted.
  • Purchases are not considered nor eligible for refunds until parcel is received by us.
  • Pre-order purchases are not eligible for a refund or cancellation while in the process of production/shipment. Once the items have been received by you, you may reach out to us inquiring about a return and refund. 
  • Refunds are not considered for lost/stolen packages or delayed shipment. When you purchase your items you agreeing that you are aware of the shipping timelines and estimates provided.
