- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days once your returned package is received and passes inspection.
- Refunds will be directly issued to your original payment account. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund amount to reflect in your account. *payment post dates highly depend on your bank/credit card company.*

- Please note that if you return the product without contacting us in advance, we will not process your refund in accordance with our return policy.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.
- Written approval/consent from us must be obtained by the customer before we initiate and process your return.

- Purchases are not considered nor eligible for refunds until parcel is received by us and inspected.
- Pre-order purchases are not eligible for a refund or cancellation while in the process of production or shipment. Once the items have been received by you, you may reach out to us inquiring about a return and refund.
- Refunds are not considered for lost/stolen packages or delayed shipment. When you purchase your items you are agreeing that you are aware of the shipping timelines and estimates provided.
