CAN THE HAIR BE BLEACHED / DYED? 

Although the hair is 100% human Brazilian hair, we do not suggest bleaching and/or dyeing the hair in order to maintain the quality and integrity of the hair.

WHAT IF THE THREAD ON MY CLIPS UNRAVEL / WHAT IF A CLIP BREAKS?

Did a clip break or fall off? Occasionally you can experience this with your clip-ins, so we want to share how easy it is to replace the clip in just a few easy steps. 

Materials Needed:

-Thread in matching color

-Replacement clip

-Small Needle

-Scissors

Step 1: Thread needle and cut thread about 12 inches then place clip facing the right direction on the track in the correct placement.

Step 2: Start by sewing the thread through the upper right hole on the clip and push through the stitching on the track. Then tie a knot to secure clip in place.

Step 3: Continue sewing by threading through the second hole down on the clip  (sewing on similar to how you would sew on a button)

Step 4: Continue to loop through both holes 2-3 times then make 3-4 knots to finish securing the clip.

Step 5: Cut the thread close to the knot to remove the excess thread.

Step 6: Rethread the needle and sew through the middle of the clip and loop around the top of the track. Once done, tie 3-4 knots to secure the clip in place.

Step 7: Pull the knots toward the bottom of the clip to hide the knot then cut remaining string close to the knot.

Step 8: Repeat steps 2-5 on the upper left hole of the clip. Once done your clip is fully repaired!
